Okay, you've been doing this for a while now and I feel bad just ignoring it while you do the wrong thing. :P (Sending this to the list because you are definitely not the only one.)
You don't need to add the [Foundation-l] or [WikiEN-l] note to the beginning of any posts that you start, the mailman software automatically adds it when it sends your post out to the subscribers. However, you use gmail... so the subject will look the same as when you originally sent it (without the [mailing list title]).
If you *do* add the title before you send it, all of the subscribers get a subject that looks like "[Foundation-l] [Foundation-L] SUL Pilot and renaming issues", which is not what you intended. ;-)
