No, I didn't knew it exists. AbcMusic converts ABC notation to Lilypond and then renders it (so, it still has some security concerns) while I'm rendering ABC directly.
Thank you for working on this. I left a comment on Bug 189 (add wikimusic extention) about the new extention.
