During the first 60 days, both they and we have the right to cancel for any reason at all. I doubt very much that will happen.

The more details I learn about the deal, the more it sounds like a donation more than anything else. The only place I was really skeptical was with the link we were giving to them, but if this really is going to be handled throught the normal wiki process then I see why many are saying it's not advertising - in that case it isn't. Whoever negotiated this deal did a good job. In its essence we give them the right to call the software "Wikipedia edition", and they give us half their revenues for that software. Yeah, yeah, we add a link to Wikipedia:Tools, but that's a good idea anyway, and yeah, we add a link to the tool from that page, but if the wiki process is going to be used to add that link, then again it's something we would have done anyway.
