Perhaps that you've made your complaint but everyone reading it finds it groundless?

the link shows how policy is made on ar wp. images should do for ar-0. users are now voting on *sysop selection policy* while it is still changing. it's not clear who can or cannot vote, nor is it clear how the results (kinda poll) will be calculated. for 2 months one candidate could not become sysop as some admins insist on counting neutral votes as against. wikipedia is no democracy; ar wp is a messy one right now. how can meta help? when blocking me the meta admin said: "If you have complaints about ar:wp users, complain on ar:wp." one steward told me to leave ar wp for 6 months, another suggested i use a sockpuppet there. considering that one ar sysop claimed the positive cu was due to an evil roommate who registered shortly after his block to carry on his edit wars, and another sockpuppet claimed unspeakable attacks were due to an easy password, and noting that one ar sysop said that creating 10 sockpuppets *OK* and no one objected, i don't think anyone can prove me a sockpuppet accoring to ar wp standards. as my main account is blocked on meta, i am not sure i am so. care to know that one policy *proposal* was used to justify 10s of indef bans. it all started here: http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/foundation-l/2007-March/028370.html and it is still a proposal. one day they may understand [[Help:Modifying and Creating policy]]
