I agree with the mild disappointment with regards to the number of accepted sessions. The fact that the amount of content went down this much (we have this year about 75h of content over all content sessions) is a bit sad, and would suggest that the quality of the proposals was bad this year or a deliberate choice to give less space to movement exchanges. The drop is however less steep than the 5 to 3 track change suggests, because on the bright side, the content is more spread out over time (albeit still very focused on European timezones).
I can however imagine that the 5-minute grid is confusing, but it is also very hard to avoid, i know from experience. Wikimedians have a tendency to be super specific about how much time they want for their session, and how many presentations they want to split their session into. One way to address this, would be to not report the individual timeslots at all, but only report session blocks and who's in the block - rather than how much time everyone has. That's more a layout matter though.
Best, Lodewijk

Hi Sandra,
It's great to see that some proposals were accepted! ;-) I was very surprised to hear how many proposals were rejected this year - I guess that's related to the decrease from 5 parallel sessions last year to 3 this year. Was there a reason for that? Will the rejected proposals that asked to be shared on-wiki still be posted at some point, for the record?
Also, can I suggest that you break the schedule down in 15 minute periods rather than 5 minutes? It's currently a very long page with a lot of white space to scroll though!
Thanks, Mike
