Unquestionably a major improvement over the default mailman theme. I'm not sure I love the black background, but it would be great to see any forward progress here, particularly if we can switch the default theme (affecting all lists). It's pretty... dated currently. :-)
http://www.freecsstemplates.org/ is the site where this proposed theme came from. It may have some other themes worth investigating.
