You haven't explained, either here
or on meta, why we would want this.
What advantage is there to having dispute
resolution happen on its own
wiki rather than happening within the project
where the dispute is
happening?
I can understand needing somewhere to discuss
cross-wiki problems, but
meta can be that place (as it is
now).
