OTRS just got a notice about this - the Asturian page linked from the Donations page (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donativos) has identical text to the Spanish page (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donaciones), and my untrained eye says that the text is in Spanish.

Yes, it's in spanish, albeit a weird spanish 'Formes de donar' instead of 'Formas de donar' and "Imaxina un mundu nel cual cada persona tien accesu gratuitu a la suma de too'l conocimientu humanu. Eso ye lo que tratamos de facer."
Maybe they are using the Spanish Donation page because it's easier to translate from spanish to asturian.
