In those countries the number of accounts, and the number of web connected people can differ dramatically (even in western countries there is no simple relation, many people have access to several computers, at home and at work). I often wonder, when I see those stats about how many people "have" internet access in a country, what does that actually mean. It is often not said whether they have a business access at work or a flatrate at home. Without that, the information loses a lot of its worth. Kind regards Ziko
