Hi, I've begun doing some charts using the gRaphael library - see it at http://toolserver.org/~jcreus/grafics.html. Do I continue? Is it useful?
I think the language is the language the user used for the form. More relevant seems the "What country do you live in" field. The graphs look cool though.
