Hmm, it seems the banner got activated on Sept1 after all. Anyway, since there were some settings misplaced (countries etc) I just put it on Sept 3 for not so we can stick to the original plan and also review it once again :)

I have had a few questions about this, so I'll just email this around :) The banners are not up yet, because they are planned to go live on Saturday. It is not a mistake in your country, it is just deliberate so that we can take out all mistakes and test everything thoroughly before the traffic hits us :)
