Romania's budget was 500 USD for the prizes (1450 RON, around 350 EUR) and around 35 EUR for the domain name. We will probably spend another 200 RON (45 EUR) on shipping the prizes, so the total is about 430 EUR.

I see most people make a difference between sponsor money and actual money spent by the organizers. If this is relevant, only the 45 EUR for shipping came from the organizers, the rest of the money are from sponsors.
