Hi everyone,
As you know we'll have a very nice mobile app for Wiki Loves Monuments this year. For users using a normal computer, we use the CentralNotice system to make them aware of Wiki Loves Monuments. For mobile users, we have no such thing, but we do have an alternative: We can add a mobile banner to certain language Wikipedia's. This works for languages where most users come from countries which participate in Wiki Loves Monuments.

Based on a quick look at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/Central... I think it could be enabled at a lot of languages.
