News websites can take over this kind of things anyway under the journalism exception in copyright law. Lets not make things more complicated than necessary :) I was assuming you were talking about yourself.

I think we should consider implementing this license on each Wiki Loves Monuments site. Well, for most news sites CC BY is more suitable, isn't it?
