I am sorry, is this the message to thank a person for filling the survey or to remind him to fill it? It shouldn't do both, because if he has already filled it, there is no need to remind. And if he hasn't filled it, there is no reason to thank him for filling it.
Or am I silly and missing something?

Although the Thank you messages on the talk pages are sent, we hitted a bug (49749) and those messages didn't trigger email notification. We will try to fix that.
While we work on that, we still miss many translations of that message, so this delay allows you to translate and let some hundreds of users to be thanked on their mother tongue.
