I don't find the list of Argentina and Chile on es:wp, where are they?
For Spain, we use the documentation included in wikiproyecto:patrimonio histórico on es:wp
You can also use these templates for these countries. If the problem is
the
name (template:fila bic), because bic is the name of a protection in
Spain
we could change it for all countries on es:wp and then, inform to uptade
the
database
