1) Create accounts on this site for every jury member: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/cz/register/
2) Then you will see this registered accounts (e-mail addresses) on the admin page: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/cz/admin/3
3) and you can add the jury members to the round (Add selected jurors, after you selected them).

That is because limojoe registered first, so he became the admin as mentioned elsewhere in the instructions. I made your account admin too, now.
