There was certainly a big drop as result of another CentralNotice banner which got more priority by WMF. It was said that it should be showed equally but with testing it appeared that the WLM banner was on many days less showed that the conflicting one.

We were having a look at the Piwik server for last year analytics for WLM France.
September 2013 registered 10K visits, while September 2012 registered 190K visits.
Have other countries noticed a similar drop?
What might be the cause in your opinion ?
** Server overwhelmed? ** Rotating CentralNotice, with less displays of the WLM banners? ** ...
Any ideas on how we could make sure this does not happen again?
