It's a good idea to start that the page for international team volunteer. May I suggest that you also start a page for potential funding and participating countries too?
I am happy to work on international team too provided that someone else take care of Thailand or you guys allow me to double the post.

Wikimedia Estonia has budgeted for both WLM 2014 and WLE 2014 and is planning to hold both contests: WLE in April-May and WLM in September. WLE is new and exciting and we have already started preparing it. In our WLM contest we have seen less and less photos submitted each year, but we are not giving up yet and will now try to focus on these monuments which don't have any photos in Commons yet and improving the quality of submissions.
I too am very thankful to the international team of WLM who has supported the contest in previous years and I am really hoping that the international round is somehow still going to take place this year.
