Directly after your question I checked the registration page for Serbia: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/rs/register/ It exists, so (I think) the country is already registered in the system. David can answer if Branko is an admin or not.

*3. step:* configure a new round: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/hu/config/new (I think, originally I used http://wlm.wmflabs.org/hu/config page, but now it doesn't exist. I can't reach this page again, David changed the software or I remember badly.) * Select the type of jury for this round: ** Open --> anybody can vote after registration ** Invitational --> only the admin can give permission to vote for registered jurors * Select the type of scoring for this round: ** Binary --> Yes/No ** Stars-based --> 1--5 stars * Select the input for this round: ** Commons category --> without Category: prefix ** Plain text file --> format: list of file names without File: prefix in UTF-8 coding, one file name per line * What's the scoring policy of this round? ** Every photo is scored by exactly one juror --> if one juror judged, other jurors can not see this picture in the list ** Every photo is scored by at least some number of jurors --> if one juror judged, other jurors can see this picture in the list *** Enter the minimum amount of jurors that must review each photo * Can a user view other users' votes? ** Yes --> every jurors can see number of other jurors votes (on the Yes/No or 1--5 stars labels) ** No --> only admin can see the number of different votes *Potential bug: I could continue only if I checked this box! (I couldn't choose No) *
