Also, we have some 30 files added to our group but already uploaded to commons (in September or earlier) that need to be added to the contest manually.
These files are not eligible for Wiki Loves Monuments.
This would mean we should have halted all flickr transfers during the contest, otherwise this does not sound fair at all to me.
