I think multilingual would be great if possible (if it is only the name of the month & day of the week, that should be doable, the credits would become a tad more challanging unless you work with graphical icons - ie a camera for author etc) and otherwise we'd have to work in English as our working langauge probably. I assume we won't get all beautiful calendars in Polish ;)
Personally I would rather have it in English/multilingual than in Dutch - because the Dutch doesn't feel so international :) (the french might see that differently and prefer the Dutch)

Hello,
How do you plan to handle the language question for the days and months names ?
Everything in English ? Multilingual calendars (with at last 16 languages spoken in the participating countries, not sure this can be made...) ? Print X calendars in Polish, Y in English, Z in French and so on ?
Sylvain.

Dear All, I am delighted to confirm that the Board of Wikimedia Poland has generously agreed to cover the costs of producing 500 calendars showing 12 best photos from the European stage of our competition as chosen by the European jury.
The calendars will be printed on a high quality A3 or A4 photographic paper, and will consist of 13 pages, including the title page. We will have the possibility to design them from scratch and are currently looking for a graphic designer and a DTP specialist -- volunteers are hereby warmly welcomed :-)
Wikimedia Poland will pay for the said 500 calendars; in order to collect your orders, I've designed a Google form, just as it was designed by Nicole for the T-shirts. Please fill the form giving all the required information, as stated at http://goo.gl/b2T20.
As we have to divide those 500 calendars between 18 participating countries, we plan to send 25 calendars to each country; you will be able to order more than that, but you'll need to pay for the additional number. The shipping costs will be covered from our European budget.
The exact cost of the orders will be given after we collect orders from all countries; please try to fill the form in the next three weeks, as the deadline is Wednesday, November 9, 00:00 (UTC), so we can have the time to button up the whole thing before the results of the European stage are announced.
The order form, again, is available at http://goo.gl/b2T20. Regards, -- Tomasz Kozłowski | [[user:odder]]
