Yes, and I thought about it as well, and agree with Charles.
And especially now, that Maarten has approached the list in a "database
point of view" - I urge you to please differentiate them on the list.
Even if we don't do a visual distinction, at least we enriched the list
with an important attribute of the "sponsor" - I do consider it important.
So, I'd suggest we use "sponsor" to partners that contribute financially
(with money, prizes, etc) and "partner" to all the others.
