I created https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:UploadCampaignLink some time ago. This template creates a deeplink to the uploadwizard with all the fields pre-filled. Seemed to be pretty convenient to me :-) Now two things need to happen: * First you need to copy the template to your language Wikipedia to make it available. Modify it to your needs. This has already been done in Dutch, English and French. Don't forget to add an interwiki link so other don't double work (like I did :P). * Once you have the link template you need to add it to your row template.
