I also detected a number of problems, which I list here just in case:
1) I transferred the link to Wiki Loves Monuments 2016/Media (there was such file in 2015, but now it a redlink).
2) 2016 FAQ was a redlink as well. I created it but I guess somebody needs to have a look at it.
3) I could not find lists for Malta, Morocco, Peru, and Turkey; for Brazil and Bulgaria I linked to 2015 lists, since 2016 lists are absent, whatever it means.
