I have created a WikiLovesMonuments MediaWiki extension, for supporting the websites of the different editions.
Currently, its most prominent feature is its ability to show a portlet with all participating countries and linking to its website.
It also provides some basic info and translations for common texts that are likely to appear on many sites:

You can view it on:
and in English version:
navigation and other countries sidebar sections are translated by this extension :)
Extension documentation: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WikiLovesMonuments
If there is some feature you miss, suggestions are welcome.

to be sure we should communicate publicly "more than 25" for the moment. There are still some countries struggling.
Please keep the extension synced if there are changes (or drop me a note and I'll do it).
Best regards
