We delete monuments with unclear copyright status from the lists in Belarus, but we don't want to delete them at all. We just hide them from the visitors (temporarily). We want the bot not to add monuments which have parameter "схаваць" specified.
Isn't it better to just show an icon that links to a text explaining the lack of Freedom of Panorama in your country?
