hello, for those interested -- unfortunately this session was not recorded -- but here are the slides with some tips & tricks from Wiki Loves Monuments Ukraine: https://commons.wikimedia.org/?curid=152166296 the armenian team also had some things to share, they will upload their slides to Wikimedia Commons as well, and hopefully share here as well
also, i do not remember if this was already shared to the list (if yes, sorry for the duplicate!), but this year Wikimedia CEE Hub organised a survey for the WLM orginers in the CEE region, and prepared two guides based on the input provided: - one for participants: Wiki Loves Monuments Guide for the participants prepared by the CEE Hub https://docs.google.com/document/d/1R5LeS52tNFCS-B4qSWUMUA6hcgD8Dnu0ItmHddelz6w/edit - and one for first-time organisers of WLM: Wiki Loves Monuments Guide for campaign organisers prepared by the CEE Hub https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Faru6nhpTyBHMtnFgVlMMa4a7vmyozSVBvzSGr98dP8/edit#heading=h.z6ne0og04bp5
i just thought it might be useful to share them in the same thread, as some challenges are relevant across the globe :)
З повагою / Best regards, antanana Wiki Loves Monuments Ukraine

Hi everyone,
Next Tuesday (3 September 2024) at 17:00 CEST, CEE Hub along with speakers from Ukraine and Armenia will hold a knowledge exchange session about the good and bad practices to organise a Wiki Loves Monuments campaign in your country.
We will share once again the conclusions from the survey that we had during the summer, and we will open a discussion about the improvements, especially about the promotion and post-contest activities, as the campaign will start on 1st of September.
Everyone who wants to be part of this campaign, please save the link http://meet.google.com/dhs-befd-xwk or you write me a message to add you in the meeting, so you can have it in your calendar :)
See you soon
