It will be great to use it for WLM in Chile and Argentina at least, so if WM-IL is able to do this tool, I'll be really happy if it can be adapted for us.

Maybe I didn't explain myself right. This system is not to be uses on Commons, and not by the public. It's a really separate one which only importing the photos from a specific category and allowing only specific people to rate them (the juries)..

You could enable a link to a photo that uses a clickthrough method to just ask the question "Does this photo represent what you were looking for?" or something like that. I just wondering, if there are more countries who interesting in such kind of a voting system, or maybe we can develop much more basic things only for the uses of WMIL and save time & money..
