Posted in Etherpad but will like to repeat here too:
#Under the competition, how one got to find info about WLM, can we please add Google+? Google+ might not be known in the minds of many as compared to facebook and twitter, however, G+'s got over 350M users. For Ghana, G+ played a nice role for us :-)
Through social media (Facebook, Twitter, *Google+* etc.)
Even though there's an Other: box there for unlisted options, I'm sure if anyone will write a platform in there, it will be Google+

I just went through the draft survey and it looks okay.
Suggestion: How about making the questions stand out from the answers or options beneath them?
Something like below:
*Have you ever edited Wikipedia/Wikimedia before participating in Wiki Loves Monuments (the first time)?*
Yes, I edited from time to time (less than five edits per month)
Yes, I am a regular contributor (more than five edits per month)
No, I have never tried doing that before participating in Wiki Loves Monuments.
By looking, the questions appear a bit combined with the answers.
