Sziasztok!
Nem tudom, hogy figyeltétek-e ma a Marshall
McLuhan<http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshall_McLuhan> cikk
A szerkesztésben
Bence
Sziasztok!
Talán érdekelhet néhányatokat; ma este hétkor a #wikimedia-office
csatornában.
Üdv,
Bence

Subject: [Foundation-l] IRC office hours tomorrow with Sue Gardner about
editor retention
To: foundation-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org
Hi everyone,
So following up on the results of the Editor Trends Study and the
announcements about the topic of editor retention, I wanted to invite you
all to an IRC office hours on the 31st at 17:00 UTC.
On St. Patrick's Day we also had a good chat about this issue, so it would
be nice to carry that forward. In addition to the usual venues, I've noted
the topic on English Wikipedia pages where we've been discussing editor
retention, and if you're someone who participates in work such as New Page
Patrol (on any project) it would be especially great to have you there.
Time conversion and other instructions are on Meta at:
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/IRC_office_hours
Thanks!

Subject: [Foundation-l] Free Credo Reference accounts for Wikipedians
To: <foundation-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org>
Another 400 free Credo Reference accounts have been made available for
Wikipedians, kindly donated by the company and arranged by Erik Möller
of the Wikimedia Foundation. We've drawn up some eligibility criteria
to direct the accounts to content contributors, and after that it's
first come, first served. The list will open on Wednesday, March 23 at
22:00 UTC, and will remain open for seven days. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:CREDO
Feel free to add your name even if you're lower on the list than the
400th, in case people ahead of you aren't eligible.
Good luck!
Sarah

Sziasztok!
fog futtatni. Ennek a határideje *március 23!!!*

Subject: [Translators-l] Important translation request - March 2011 WMF
update
To: "Wikimedia Translators" <translators-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org>
Hi all,
Today the Wikimedia Foundation released a broad statement to the
community about the recently completed editor trends study and our
general priorities for the calendar year. The intent here is to
stimulate conversation about this data, and to provide clearer
insights into our immediate priorities following the strategic plan
release.
This statement is transmitted via a CentralNotice banner[1] and a
letter on strategy.wikimedia.org. [2] We’ve put up a translation
request for the banner and the letter, and will not immediately be
rolling out the English messages on projects other than English, in
order to give you all (and anyone else interested) a chance to
translate. We'll slot in translated notices as they become available.
This is an important message and we hope you'll help. :-)

Sziasztok!
fusson.
Köszi,
Bence

Subject: [Translators-l] Wikipedia Editors Survey 2011
To: Wikimedia Translators <translators-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org>
Hello all,
Today we are starting a new translation request for the 2011 Wikipedia
Editors Survey[1].
The Wikimedia Foundation's Global Development Department is running
this 50 question, 18 minute long survey to better understand the
Wikipedia editing community. The survey will allow us to refresh our
data, get more accurate, reliable, and valid sample data, determine
influences on Wikipedia activities, understand editing activities, and
find ways to improve retention and increase diversity.
As this is a global survey of all of our Wikipedia projects, we would
like to have it translated into as many languages as possible so that
many people can participate. If you are interested in helping with
this, please see the Translation page[2] for tips and for the
translation workspace.
Please note that all translations need to be completed by March 23rd,
so that we may begin programming the survey into our system and have
it ready by the end of March.
If you have any questions about this request or need assistance,
please feel free to ask on the list, the request's talk page, or on
IRC.
Thanks
Alex and Casey
