Danes Digital Libraries (Danskernes Digitale Bibliotek) in fact, not the National Library. :)
The author is currently on #mediawiki (as Josef-ddb). He seems to think that EAR is a niche currently populated by overpriced and underpowered commercial behemoths, and that SMW could be competitive in this domain, but that people might need a bit of help to make the connection between EAR requirements and SMW capabilities.
We intend for our SMW based EAR to be public in fairly short order. I'll ping this list when that happens if there's interest.
