I'd like to see this generate the TOC for {{:Page}}, but not include the content.
Links in the TOC should go to the original location in Page.
This would enable me to drastically reduce the giant wiki page at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/VistA_Monograph_Wiki
to a more reasonable size.
Something along like:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/WV_VM
