Hey, this could actually work! I like that it's now in a box in the sidebar. The color codings could use some work - black on dark red isn't really readable. But I do like the idea of having a color-coded history.

Colors can be changed via CSS. Actually, I tried to have the radio buttons in the sidebar with a color-coded background, but it doesn't work. Anyone have an idea?

The input element has to be empty: http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/dtds.html#dtdentry_xhtml1-transitional.dtd_input
I'm not sure if this prohibits the use of "background-color" (probably not), but the placement of "yes" and "no" inside the input-element isn't valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

It works in Internet Explorer, so the coding must be invalid!

Fixed it, but still no colors in Firefox 1.5 :-(

I'd suggest limiting it to just three options: Bad (frownie) Neutral Good (smiley)
Ready for 1.0 should perhaps be a preference that an editor would have to turn on. There's no need to concern normal readers about this as they'd have to know what 1.0 means (probably reading a long page detailing guidelines).
Looks pretty usable

The "topics" (options) and their ranges can be completely altered through the appropriate "MediaWiki:" page. It is not a direct function of the software, which is prepared for ranges up to "1-5" (it can do more, but that would break the layout in the sidebar).
Go to http://magnusmanske.de/wikipeerdia/index.php/Special:Allmessages and search for "review_topics http://magnusmanske.de/wikipeerdia/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Review_topics&action=edit".
Looks pretty usable
Thanks!
