There is a list of inactive wikis which should be locked at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Inactive_wikis which are currently spam traps, with many more to be added. I was wondering if this was still a Steward privilege, or if we need to ask developers to lock these?

These wikis are regularly monitored for vandalism.

Having spent many hours recently starting to clean out spam from wikimedia's inactive wikis, I would be very surprised if they are all regularly monitored.
The list below is of currently targeted pages on inactive wikis, which should be deleted (now that there is protection from anon page creation), or at least protected until the wikis have at least one active contributor.
