Hi all,
I just liked the layout suggestion from Marian (http://www.wikipedia.com/wiki/user:Marian) so much that I couldn't resist to check in a variant as a skin to the CVS archive.
It has the (preliminary) name "Cologne Blue", as both Marian and I are living in Cologne, and the layout uses some blue ;)
Please check it out and help me. There are some things I didn't finish: Some links (marked with a "!"), part of the links are not using the language files, and of course, the colors are not nearly as good as those Marain uses...

Hi all!
Ok, it seems as if you want to jump the gun. I didn't expect people to react that quickly and positive. Thanks for that!
My offer to provide you with cleanest HTML and CSS code is still valid, but until tomorrow I have to write my "Vordiplom" (pre-diploma) which makes me quite busy.
I also wanted to take the time to answer to some of the suggestions given at my talk page.

Is this based on an HTML table with three columns? Some browsers are terribly slow if inline images without specified sizes are part of a table layout.
It looks very nice, and as long as the traditional design is available as an alternative, all is fine.

Ack!! A pox on ye!! I think I've got them all into wikiTextEn.php now...

No. No, they're not. Perhaps you'd best leave that to Marian. :)
Also, I've checked in a change for the wikilink parser so that it will recent invalid page titles as links. This should cut down on "why is this page title all wrong, when I put invalid characters in the title?" bug reports...
And, in case I forgot to mention earlier, I've added a description field to the file upload form. The description will go in the upload log and the recentchanges notice for said log.
