No. No, they're not. Perhaps you'd best leave that to Marian. :)
Also, I've checked in a change for the wikilink parser so that it will
recent invalid page titles as links. This should cut down on "why is
this page title all wrong, when I put invalid characters in the title?"
bug reports...
And, in case I forgot to mention earlier, I've added a description field
to the file upload form. The description will go in the upload log and
the recentchanges notice for said log.
