Hi,
Wes noticed on Monday that, according to Google, they are unable to reach a
growing number of our resources. If you remember, we had a similar issue
a couple weeks ago back when we were on http fixed by (
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/214705/1).
The growth of this one starts the day that search traffic started heading
to https. Anyone have ideas on what might be causing this?

Digging into en.wikipedia further we see its mostly caused by blocks for
this resource:
