You'll need to install a browser extension (add-on) that allows adding user styles, and then add this style to it.
There are button on the page I linked that should somewhat guide you through it. The simplest way is to click "Get Stylus", follow the links there to your browser's add-ons site, and install it; then come back to that page, click "Install" and then confirm it.
