Yes, until the XMLHttpRequest query is done on the same domain and if
you want to be efficient, the Tcp/Ip server I wrote to handle queries
needs to be on the same host to avoid redirections cost (You can wrote a
php wrapper on
wikipedia.org that redirect queries to
suggest.speedblue.org but that would not be efficient).
In the meantime, I think you can achieve that with
GreaseMonkey.
Maybe, I do not know very well this firefox extension.
