How does one change the page title template used for main page?
I saw that the latest version of mediawiki release notes mentioned a
property called 'Mediawiki:Pagetitle-view-mainpage', however editing
that alone doesn't seem to do the trick.
I'd prefer not to hack the template class/files if possible.
