Hi,
I am admin at the Kurdish Wikipedia, and for Kurdish I absolutely agree.
Both writing systems are used by millions of people, and we are trying
to keep them both in one Wikipedia. Any technical help is warmly
welcomed. :-)
Greetings,
Erdal
Frankly, to me this entire conversation sounds
like much ado about nothing.
Even on Serbian Wikipedia noone actually said that he actually needs Latin
For Serbian maybe it isn't needed, for Belarussian I didn't even knew
there was anyone using latin alphabet; but there are languages
for wich such a feature is absolutely needed, like Kurdish, Azeri,
Uzbek, Amazigh, Punjabi, where there are very siezable communities with
different writting systems; possibly also Uighur, Uzbek.
