Search must take place only on prescribed place(only in my account of
wikipedia).

That's not how I interpreted Maveesh's email. It sounds to me like
he's trying to create some kind of search tool, but I don't understand
the details.

kind of tool, so you specify subjects you're interested in, and it
searches
for relevant/new/changed/whatever articles and automatically updates your
user page with links/content/whatever.
If it's not that then I'm not quite sure what the point of an extra search
tool would be, even if it was possible.
