Yeah, just create the page with a slash in the name. You can see the
effect on, e.g., RFC or AFD pages:

Notice there's a link to the level up.
You may have to enable subpages for the namespace in question,
however, before this will work (Google "MediaWiki subpage" to get
instructions).
And you want to consider *very* carefully whether overloading taxonomy
onto page names justifies the annoyance you will find yourself with
when trying to *link* to them.
Investigate categories fairly closely, before going here. Really.
