I don't see the point. It would be better to have automated tests that
can be run. You could operate something quite similar to the parser
test suite we have now, where a bunch of clone tables are created
temporarily, some dummy data is inserted into these, and then perform
a bunch of requests "or something" and see what you get out.
"Small, very restricted" wikis make it harder for the development
community to add, delete and otherwise alter tests, as is typically
necessary.
