Hoi,
There is at this moment no priority given to such requests. An other good
example of how long people are expected to wait can be found in the creation
of the Egyptian Arabic Wikipedia that is currently waiting for 115 days
without any acceptable excuse.
The WMF has hired more developers, simple things like keeping the community
served by the technical implementations that only developers can do is not
part of what they do. I can, with difficulty, accept that volunteers do not
want to do the necessary work. With the developers employed by the Wikimedia
Foundation this argument fails and, it is an indication of a lack of
priority given to requests like this by the WMF organisation. Alternatively
it is a lack of interest in what the organisation is interested in. It is
clear that outreach is to be done to those who are not yet part of our
communities.
Please Sue, Erik can you argue why our organisation is to be found lacking ?
Better still, do not argue and ensure that the work gets done.
Thanks,
GerardM

According to
http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=flaggedrevs.php,
FlaggedRevs is enabled on de.wikipedia, ru.wikipedia and en.wikinews.
The extension is requested to get enabled on als.wikipedia
(bugzilla:13968),
de.wiktionary (13969), pt.wikinews (14254), en.wikibooks (14618),
he.wikisource (14648), zh-classical.wikipedia (14715), eo.wikipedia
(14728),
ru.wikiquote (14863), ru.wikisource (15006), uk.wiktionary (15335),
fr.wikinews (15346), hu.wikipedia (15568), pl.wikipedia (16177).
Is there any special reason for not enabling on those wikis (like extension
still needs to be fixed for security/stability issues) or it is only the
usual backlog at shell requests? Is recommendable to make more requests at
this time or to wait a few more months?
