There may well be a reason that <wiki.phtml?title=Connected&action=edit>
should edit [[Graph theory]] if [[Connected]] redirects there,
but this is clearly not desirable behaviour in Pierre's situation.
The solution is to alter the URL that Pierre sees
when he begins to edit a page that is not a redirect,
to <wiki.phtml?title=Connected&action=redit&redirect=no>
(which is already what you get when you edit a redirect page
after viewing it with <&redirect=no>).
