I personally think that the use of bots should be discussed with the
appropriate people prior to use.
Also, you might want to discuss ways to allow wikipedia to somehow
find a mechanism to somehow disallow the use of a bot on some pages,
so that if a vandal-kiddie gets a hold of it, they can be stopped
before too much damage is done.
