Wasn't that when Brion told you not to bother with changing double
quotes to single quotes since we'd be changing to something else soon
(which let's face it, won't be "soon")? Updated translations are
always appriciated.
Mass-changing double quotes to single quotes has no actual benefits. But
it has several important drawbacks:
* Huge quote changes obscure real changes in the CVS change history
* Bugs are often introduced (some quotes missed, escaped metacharacters
missed, embedded variables missed)
* It wastes your time :)
I strongly recommend that someone working on a translation file *not*
mess about with double/single quotes. Doing that has negative benefits
RIGHT NOW, and any mythical perceived benefit of consistency or whatever
WILL disappear in the future when we take the message arrays out of PHP
source files. That hasn't happened yet, but it will eventually.
