That is a nice article.
In the Wikiverse, conferences are good venues for Q&A, structured dialogue,
building and maintenance personal connections, and brainstorming. Excluded
from this picture is the ordination of community policy, but brainstorming,
drafting, and creating policy proposals are all ok and probably benefit
from high-frequency interactions, both spontaneous and planned.
